Christmas Pictures

We were all dressed in our Christmas best today. Makayla sang her first solo with the choir today and did an AWESOME job. There were some tears falling. We are so proud of her!!!! Here are some pictures. Enjoy!!!! The one with the 3 of them, yes Makayla is crying because Meeya kept stepping on her toes and we ran out of time for perfect ones. I see the picture and I know it's mean but I kinda have to chuckle.

So we were organizing the girls room and getting Meeya out of the crib. She loves her new bed and always wants to be in it. We haven't had any problems with her getting out of it every 2 seconds. Thank goodness. So when I came back in the room to finish what I had started, this is what if found. I just had to laugh. She is so funny!!!!!

How many kindergartener's can you fit in a police PT Cruiser?

The answer is 24!!



Ethan was super student for kindergarten and he was able to bring in his Uncle to show off. Uncle Michael did not disapoint us at all. He brought his Police PT Cruiser as well as a regular police car. He talked to both classes and gave them some little goodies and they were all able to get into both cars. HILLARIOUS!!!!!

Sleep

So last night I went in to check on Ethan to make sure he was in bed and trying to go to sleep.This is what I saw. He falls asleep in the weirdest ways sometimes. He was really asleep. I moved his hand and his leg fell like a rock. He is so funny!!!

Family night at the beach

It's been a while since our last update. For family night one night we decided that we would go to the beach and hang out. We had sooooo much fun!!!! What a great way to hang out as a family. Here are some pictures that we took while we were there. Enjoy!!!!!




Makayla took the pictures of us. Once we told her to move closer she did a really good job.







Little Meeya did not want to go home so she protested. After about 5 minutes of her saying "no I like the beach!" we finally had to pick her up and carry her to the car kick and screaming. I just laughed.

What a funny little girl!!!

Meeya is such a funny little girl. She is always taking clothes off and then putting them on. She LOVES these boots of hers that she has on almost all the time. So this post is mostly about her and her boots. Enjoy!!!

Easter

We has a great Easter! We colored eggs. The kids had alot of fun doing that. Meeya was really mad when we were all done. We had an Easter egg hunt. It was alittle cold in the morning but it was still fun. And went to church. All the meeting were really nice. Angie and I had ALL the kids matching, but we didn't tell the kids that they matched and when we all showed up at church and the kids saw each other, their expressions were priceless!! They were so excited to see that they all looked alike. All the boys were dressed alike and a the girls had matching dresses. It was planned for the girls but it just happened for the boys. The all looked adorable. I wish I would have taken pictures of all of the together. Thank goodness Angie did. Enjoy!!!!

Makayla got her ears pierced

For Makayla's 8th birthday she asked if she could get her ears pierced. I told her that she could as long as she was the one to take care of them. I figured that she was old enough now to do that. So we took her down to the mall and had them done. At first I thought that she was going to flip out and say NO WAY!!! but she didn't.

Fishing day at the lake

We got invited to go to a kids day at the lake. The kids had so much fun. They got to go out on the dock and catch fish and then at the end of the day they removed the net and we all got to go fishing. They had the Police, Fire, CHP, Search and Rescue, and of course Fish and Game there and they gave the kids some goodies. They got free lunch. It was all in all a great fun day.

Little Meeya even caught one and she really game me a heart attack. While we were on the dock all she wanted to do was go into the water. We had 2 people holding on to her. I had one had holding her and the other had holding Ethan's fishing pole and Ethan because he wanted to lay down on the dock and stick his hands in the water. Needless to say we had on trip around on the dock and waited until the removed the next. Then we just went to the landing. Much safer and no stress on me!!!

Ethan's fish put holes into 3 bags. I don't think it wanted to be caught.

Ethan caught the most fish after the nets were removed. His pole is ALWAYS the only one that catches fish. I have know clue why.

Ethan and bowling. Need I say more?

Ethan is obsessed with bowling. He bowls morning, noon, and night. I think he even dreams about bowling. Well I finally found a bowling league for him and he LOVES it. He can't wait for Wednesday's. After the league has finished for the day he goes home and pulls out his pins to play until it is time for bed. He knows where and what each pin is. Sometimes he really drives me crazy with his bowling. Your ask him what he wants to be when he grows up and he will tell you "A professional bowler." There are only 4 little boys that are on the bumper league but they all have a blast. After the lea His team mate is a little boy named TJ. The 2 dads work together and have know each other forever.
